Cool and Funny Wand Builds

"I made this page solely for the purpose to showcase some funny and wacky wand builds that I have made which you can also make in the Tinker Gamemode of the game. I honestly don't expect many of these wand builds being used in actual runs for players, but in the event that people do make them- have fun :)"

Most wand builds will be placed into 3 main categories which players can copy or build off of.

Some of these wand builds utilize a lot of cool tech and spell interactions in the game, so the more complex wand builds they will have a small explanation attached to them.

If you happen to find any really cool or game-breaking wand builds you want me to add to this page, make sure to message me on Discord or provide a screenshot of the wand build in the SMP Discord Server.

My Personal Builds

Wand Build Build Name Explanation Additional Notes
WandBuild1
Infinite Lightning Strikes Since the Teleportitis spell will impact near an enemy's hitbox, this can allow for the Electric Charge spell to proc. Using the Antigravity Path in conjunction with Slow but Steady spell allows for the bolt to always stay locked onto the enemies hitbox, but never impact onto the floor. The extra mana recovery spells were added on at the end in order to continuously reproc the Antigravity and Electric Charge spell. Added the Null spell at the end helps limit to actual amount of times the spells proc for before the bolt fizzles out.
  • In reality, you can replace the Electric Charge spell with any other area-procing spell to create an alternate infinite lifetime wand build!
  • This wand build is slightly more doable in an actual run as it only realistically requires 4 projectile modifier spells.
WandBuild2
Kills for Power A simple Blood Cordyceps and Blood Magic spell synergy with Life for Power attached into it. The Stained Armor spell was added so that the player doesn't take any damage when casting the Life for Power spell (The blood pool that the Blood Cordeyceps spell creates procs this). The Alpha spell at the end was more for preference as it helps recover any mana that the Stained Armor spell drains very quickly as long as the player keeps shooting.
  • If you want this this wand build to keep self-replenishing itself, the player will need to find an alternate source of healing to be able to recast the Life for Power spell. A good spell to attach to this would be the Requirement - Kills spell in my opinion.
WandBuild3
Beacon Bolts A very simple but funny wand build the player can make is one that utilizes the properties of both the Zero Gravity and Slow but Steady Spell. These two spells make a bolt the player casts eventually become stationary in the air. In this particular wand build I used the Acid Orb Popper spell. The Omega spell is more for preference as it allows me to continuously keep the bolt alive without my mana dropping to 0.
  • It should be noted that any projectile modifier spell can substitute for the Acid Orb Popper spell in this wand build.
  • This wand build is very easy to recreate in a run as the player only really needs 2 essential spells. (Zero Gravity and Slow but Steady)
  • The Radius Enhancer spell can also be very helpful in this build if the player is using field-related spells.
WandBuild4
A "Little" Knockback Using a simple Explosion Emitter synergy, I added extra spells such as Radius Enhancer and Triplicate Bolt to cover a very wide range from a single cast. Due to the properties of Triplicate Bolt and Radius Enhancer, the Explosion Emitter - Withered spell procs three times the normal amount to a single target. This means that the explosion and knockback force applied to the target makes them fly all the way to the ceiling. Super funny.
  • The Mana Bolt spell added in the wand build was mainly used to counteract the mana drain of the Withering Aura spell.
  • I would recommended adding another spell that replenishes mana quickly as the Triplicate Bolt spell can sap away mana quite fast.
WandBuilder5
Midas Touch This build is a bit more complicated and is pretty hard to recreate in a normal run, but it's pretty cool nonetheless. This wand build allows for the Touch of Smoke with Timer spell to proc instantly upon impact. The various mana-related spells such as the Null and Kantele Note spells allows the user to immediately cast the Touch of Smoke spell again. If the player manages to build a wand similar to this, their run basically becomes a free win!
  • I used the Touch of Smoke with Timer spell over the other Touch of spells because its the cheapest of the three.
  • While the Kantele Note spells aren't as essential for mana, both Null and Phi are very important in allowing this wand to cast all spells without drain.
  • Having max level upgrade for Fire Rate is possible with this wand build IF the player also has max level for Mana Recharge. The Spell Harvester spell can help achieve that easily.
