Alchemy Lab

Overview[]

The Alchemy Lab is an area located in the ??? floor. In order to enter the Fractured Portal that leads to the Alchemy Lab, the player must locate and destroy a variety of emerald orbs located around each floor.

When entering the Alchemy Lab, it will contain a variety of secret Alchemy Spells, as well as a robotic enemy.

Guide[]

When entering a new run, an emerald orb will appear in one of four different locations. Shooting the orb will cause it to shatter and announce a sound cue. Every time a orb is destroyed in a floor, it will spawn a new one in the next floor the player enters. Starting a wave will cause the emerald orbs to disappear and will not show up anymore.

Unlocks[]

When entering the Alchemy Lab, an assortment of secret spells will spawn on a column of pedestals. Every time the player enters the Alchemy Lab, these spells will be present. Do note though, that the player can only enter the Alchemy Lab once for their entire run. Any additional New Game+ loops will not let you respawn the portal.
